Human Resources Generalist (Mérida, MX) We're Hiring: Human Resources Generalist Location: Mérida, México (100% On-Site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require. Are you an HR professional with experience supporting U.S.-based operations? Do you enjoy employee relations, compliance, and partnering with business leaders to drive a positive workplace culture?

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team supporting operations across the United States.

What You'll Do Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training. Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.

Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.



Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications Advanced English (C1) written and spoken. Minimum 3 years of HR experience:

- At least 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
- At least 1 year supporting local HR processes.

Experience handling

- Employee relations
- Workplace investigations
- Progressive discipline
- HR compliance activities Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Nice to Have PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Experience in the healthcare industry. U.S. Visa. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
