**Description**:
**JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of computer equipment and information systems, as well as the response to service interruptions and technological resources.
**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Technical support to the PC users (Hardware, Software and services)
Corrective and preventive maintenance to computers, phones and other devices.
Corrective and preventive maintenance to laser printers, label printers and other critical printing devices. Monioring of data network operation.
Inventory of assets and spare parts. Maintenance of computer equipment. Work with Technology suppliers to cover different needs, network or Infrastructure.
Quick and effective problem solving in the operation. Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline




Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
Participate in the 5s program and other initiatives.
Support and participate in Kaizen events Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
**Qualifications**:
**Education**
Bachelor Degree ENGINEERING
English 70%
- 2+ Years of experience in the position- Disciplined and Organized- Software Management- Understanding of the operation of the different Computer Operating Systems- Proactive- Service attitude- 1+ Years working in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environment-Desirable- Able to manage multiple projects- Experience and knowledge in structured cabling for networks.- Schedule availability- SAP, AS400, knowledge desirable- Sense of Urgency
