Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a_ Clinic Doctor (occupational health) _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the_ _EH&S; Manager, _Clinic Doctor_ _role involves coordinating and managing the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services._
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- _
Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations._
- _
Coordinate and supervise for securing the developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services._
- _
Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirement._
- _
Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety._
- _
Responsible of Operations and Human resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise._
- _
Supervise and ensure the Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses._
- _
Ensure that Direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries._
- _
Health hazard assessment and surveillance of employee populations._
- _
Responsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and preventive health programs._
- _
Makes decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manages sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data_
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
- _
Experience as occupational Clinic Doctor in a manufacturing industry environment is a preferred_
- _
Bachelor´s Degree in Medicine (It is essential to have a degree and ID)_
- _
Fluent English_
- _
Strong knowledge in occupational medicine_
- _
Management and Administration of Medical Service and health area personnel (nurses and / or paramedics)_
- _
Extensive knowledge of Mexican legislation on Health and Hygiene (IMSS, STPS, SSA, COFEPRIS, ETC.)_
- _
Knowledge and experience in filling out forms of Occupational Risks, occupational diseases, and Permanent Partial Disabilities between IMSS._
- _
Experience in the preparation of annual declarations of the work risk premium before the IMSS._
- _
Health preventive programs_ (chronic-degenerative,_ inspection of dining rooms, etc.)_
- _
Solid and broad knowledge in Ergonomics, Medical entrance exams and Occupationally exposed Personnel._
- _
Epidemiological surveillance_
- _
Experience in Emergency Response Brigades._
- _
Domain in health metrics and MS Office_
- _
Master's degree or specialty in Occupational Health (preferred)_
