The Art Glass/Tile Buyer is responsible for Updating the CTB (Clear to Build) Report for the Chemicals procurement to cover the Art Glass/Tile Production Plan based on Demand, Safety Stock Levels and Achieve production Efficiency in alignment with corporate business objectives. This position will provide expertise supporting and optimizing Materials that builds the company’s Strategy and Goals by Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis. Will Work with technical teams and improve efficiencies, while adapting to Cash Flow process and reduce expenses. Primary Responsibilities Review Demand by Using the CTB (Clear to Build Report) Report Create Po’s and confirm delivery dates per Supplier acknowledgments. Coordinate Chemicals freight carrier Pick-up’s with Logistic Team. Add to the “what is File” all Chemical’s PO’s to execute Payments. Work with Finance Team to Assure Timely Payments and Maintain Open communication Communicate to the Art Glass/Tile Planning Team of any constrain to accomplish Delivery Dates. Provide Support to Production Maintenance and facility departments on the procurement of MRO requirements. Will request quotes for MRO items to convert EPICOR requisitions in to Purchase Order’s. Generate Po’s for Raw Materials for Critical Tile products based on min/max requirements.



Attend to Production meetings to provide support on any constrain regarding materials.

- Experienced in large
- and small-scale project Team Business Units. - Ability to interface with management, including senior level management. - Acts in establishing business relationships with managers of functional areas and or business units. - Good communication skills with internal team members and other business unit Associates - Provides Guidelines and leadership Skills. - Requires solid communication skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to a wide audience. - May be required to provide short term solutions as well as provide vision for longer term solutions. - Establish and conduct appropriate training. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree 4+ Years in Purchasing/Planning Background 4+ years of strong operational experience
