Supports the achievement of objectives within the priorities of safety, quality, delivery and cost, through the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping the machinery in safe operating conditions and in good condition.
Coordinates compliance with scheduled, predictive and TPM preventive maintenance activities.
- Gives support to the technical personnel of other areas when this is necessary.
- Participates in the empowerment process of the technical staff under his charge.
- Monitors and manages punctuality, attendance, vacations and permits of the personnel in charge.
- Monitors the Optimal reports of the staff under his charge.
- Ensures that the personnel in charge keep the tool assigned to them complete and in good condition.




- Keeps in operation and participates in the continuous improvement of the planned maintenance system.
- Manages human and material resources for the effective operation of machines and tools.
- Track all metrics related to maintenance.
- Responsible for the administration of the welding workshop.
- Participate as an internal instructor in courses related to your area.
- Safeguard equipment, resources and budget of your area.
- Bring the appropriate controls to your area.
