**Responsibilities**:
**Engineering changes leadership**: Study and execute design changes achieving cost, time, quality and performance required
Manage Plastic & Thermoforming system development on new vehicle projects from digital stages, physical stages until model year launch ensuring part performance achievement.
Lead Value Optimization activities with Supplier. Analyze ideas, prepare and execute developent plan until adoption and adjust activities to ensure keeping plan timing.
Lead quality improvement activities by analyzing warranty data, study incident parts and define countermeasures and action plans supporting project achivement KPIS 3MIS US / 3MIS MEX / 12MIS MEX
QCT management
**Education**:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automotive or alike)
**Experience**:
Desirable 2 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Design, Manufacturing (polymers), new part/system development.
**Technical abilities**:
- Engineering analysis for decision making with strong technical, logical and facts-based thinking using academic and industry experience.
- Explanation of detailed technical information to several audiences (Spanish/English) with clear message.
- Desirable knowledge of manufacturing processes (Plastic injection, Thermoforming, Painting, Chroming, etc.).
**Languages**:
English business fluent w/ certification.
**Computer skills**:




- CAD software skills (NX preferably).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
**Skills & competences**:
- Leadership to coordinate, facilitate and participate in collaborative approach to the completion of task and projects on time.
- Able to make plans and strategy for each project from vigente status to completion. Execute and adjust accordingly to keep timing and avoid delays.
