**Maintenance Engineer**
The Maintenance Engineer directs and coordinates the activities of the technician to maintain maintenance systems and keep running all automation process and equipment in condition such be safer and achieve the quality standards creating methodologies and tools which can achieve the corporative objectives.
**Job Responsabilities**:
- Supervise indirect personnel: coordinates technician’s activities to support machinery of manufacturing; develops training plans for technicians; Manages the spare parts (list, doc.) and equipment blueprints for the APU; and on improving Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance.
- Implement and update the Preventive Maintenance and Auto maintenance Plans.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities in order to meet MTBR, MTBF standards and Uptime.
- Participate in analysis of failures in problem solution teams, using PDCA methodology, Fish bone chart, 5 Whys?, 5W + 1H, Problem solving Methodology and Pareto Analysis.




- Contribution in ISO IATF 16949 Quality System.
- Make sure that technicians follow up the environmental aspect according with ISO-14001.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (mechatronics, electronic or electric)
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
- Mechanical/electrical equipment and software installation, qualification, validation, maintenance, and trouble shooting.
- English: Proficient
- PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence) advance level.

**Certifications / Training / Skills**:
- Mechanical, Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Read electrical and mechanical Drawing and symbols.
- Design abilities
