**Your challenge**
As a member of our Procurement organization, work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and coordinate key procurement strategies with the BoM. The** Supplier Account Manager** is responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic suppliers,
ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality performance, and alignment with the business short-, mid-, and long-term strategy. This role acts as the primary interface between the company and assigned suppliers, driving consolidation, performance improvement, and support for new product introductions.

**Commercial & Pricing Management**
- Manage and negotiate **pricing structures**, market-driven price adjustments, and commercial agreements.
- Define and manage **stocking agreements**, including inventory levels, consignment models, and ownership responsibilities.
- Negotiate **minimum order quantities (MOQ)**, commercial terms, payment terms, and Incoterms.
- Identify and deliver **cost savings, cost avoidance, and competitiveness improvement initiatives**.
**Supplier Performance & Quality Management**
- Define, monitor, and follow up on **supplier KPIs** (quality, delivery, service, cost).
- Lead **supplier evaluations, scorecards, QBRs, and audits**.
- Drive corrective action plans with suppliers to address quality or performance gaps.
**Supplier Strategy**
- Develop and execute the **supplier strategy in the short, mid, and long term**, aligned with business objectives.
- Lead **supplier consolidation and rationalization initiatives** to reduce complexity, cost, and risk.
- Segment suppliers into strategic and tactical categories and define appropriate engagement models.
**New Product Support & Supplier Allocation**
- Support **supplier allocation and sourcing decisions** for new products and projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure capable and competitive suppliers.
- Participate in sourcing decisions from early stages of product development.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as the **single point of contact** for assigned suppliers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Logistics).
- Proactively manage **supply risk and contingency plans**
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Cost competitiveness and pricing targets
- Supplier quality performance (PPM, claims)
- On-time delivery / service level (OTIF)
- Contract and agreement compliance
- Supplier consolidation progress

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
**Experience**
- Experience in **Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement**.
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations and supplier performance management.

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and results orientation.
