We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Consultant / Sr. Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support a SAP/S4HANA implementation within a Health manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations.
- Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities across plant floor and administrative teams.
- Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for the local workforce.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site to align change management activities with plant operations.
- Support training sessions and workshops for shop-floor and administrative employees during the SAP/S4HANA rollout
- dentify resistance points and cultural considerations specific to the local workforce, providing recommendations to leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- Consultant or Sr. Consultant level experience.
- Experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management)
- Experience in SAP or S/4HANA.
- Understanding of health manufacturing operations, ideally within a Mexican environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable engagin directly with both shop-floor personnel and plant leadership.
Nice to Have
- Prosci or similar OCM certification.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Prior experience working with manufacturing/industrial envorinments in Mexico.
