- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve organizational goals.

Perfil buscado A successful Plant Manager should have:Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager or similar roles.
- Experience leading manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment.




- Strong background in plastic injection molding or comparable manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing budgets, costs, and overall plant performance.
- Advanced English.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, TPM, OEE, and operational management systems. Preferred - Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Experience implementing structure, planning, and performance management systems.
- Valid visa and passport.
- Availability to relocate.
