You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize sustaining manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency that directly support our customers' needs. Leveraging manufacturing systems and data-driven tools, our team plays a crucial role in maintaining production stability while also supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead New Product Launches and Capacity Growth Projects: Drive effective execution focused meeting key timing and value delivery goals and provide oversight on cost projections by reviewing and validating estimates, while supporting the team responsible for cost control.
- From the products and process design phase through preparation for production launch, leverage lessons learned to lead initiatives that drive automation, reduce labor costs, reach designed output and productivity, and meet overall defined performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the division team during early concept and process definition to establish initial technology and process flows through proof of concept and sample evaluations, accelerating time to market and confirming readiness.
- Provide Data-Driven Problem Solving and Risk Management: Act as a technical resource for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and establishing control measures to improve quality and reduce costs during product launch.
- For the product launch, coordinate technical Cross-Functional Teams and Communication: Align roles, schedules,



and workflows to avoid inefficiencies, meet financial targets, and optimize workforce utilization following the PDP (Product Development Process).
- Launch and Support Operational Processes: Develop workflows, layouts, pilot run, cost estimates, and visual aids; Post build report, support troubleshoot issues and coordinate handover to operations teams.
- Generate the PFMEA in collaboration with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT), lead the review process, ensure follow-up on action items coming from the analysis to support mass production readiness.
- Review, verify, and coordinate the implementation of ECNs and PCNs in the plant during the Product Launch, ensuring effective execution, timely follow-up, and compliance with quality and production standards related to the new product launches.
- Actively Support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean Programs: Follow approved procedures, participate in workplace organization and safety activities, and recommend improvements to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Upper intermediate English, B2 Proficient User (Effective Operational Proficiency):



Able to communicate clearly in complex technical discussions, write reports, and collaborate with international teams.
- Standard Time Calculations.
- Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
- Poka Yoke Systems Knowledge.
- Knowledge of 5's.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- SAP.
- Advanced management of computational tools (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point), CAD.
- Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position.
