We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Mgr - Cloud Services to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
**Requirements for this role include**:
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.
- Critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Experience mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven consensus-building skills in a remote role.




- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and drive project success.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, versátil, innovative, and willing to get things done.
- Proven experience managing complex service delivery engagements.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferences**:
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Deep domain experience with 5+ years of work experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.
- Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (IT Director, VP, and C-level).
- PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS and GCP certifications preferred.
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (time zone to be determined).
