We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven **Project Leader** to guide strategic projects from conception to successful completion. In this role, you will be more than a manager—you will be the visionary, motivator, and chief problem-solver for your team. You will own the project's outcome, align stakeholders, empower your team, and ensure our initiatives deliver tangible business value and advance our strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities (APQP / Project Management)**
- Responsible for the entire new product development process, including the establishment of the APQP project team for new programs.
- Responsible for the review, interpretation, and conversion of customer product drawings, preparation of technical requirement documents, and communication with customers to confirm relevant technical details.
- Responsible for developing project plans and driving the orderly execution of new projects.
- Responsible for the preparation, revision, and release of technical documentation throughout the APQP development process, as well as the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation.
- Assist the Purchasing department in tracking the progress of molds, tooling, gauges, fixtures, and standard parts related to assigned projects.
- Responsible for following up on prototype trials and sample submissions,



as well as maintaining and managing document changes, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities for products transferred to mass production.
- Responsible for participating in the review and evaluation of quality issues related to internally supplied components.
- Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by senior management.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- _**ADVANCED ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL**_
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office software.
- At least 2years work experience as the role of project leader.
- Familiar with the IATF 16949 (formerly TS16949) quality management system, the five APQP core tools, and the automotive parts development process.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to work diligently under demanding conditions.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and GD&T.;
- Familiar with stamping and metal fabrication products.
