**General description**
Assist the training supervisor in order to make sure all staff is trained and has the required competence to conduct their daily activities.
- **This Roll is responsible for**:_
- Carry out the detection of needs that allows the development of annual training programs and the development of personnel competencies necessary for the organization.
- Participate in the design and development of training programs in order to ensure that personnel have the knowledge and skills required for the position.
- Implement and monitor all training and skills development programs through a control system that allows compliance with established plans.
- Follow up the training programs and maintain training records in a very organized way.
- Manage training management system.
- **We look for someone with knowledge of**:_




- Basic Knowledge on STPS legal training requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, CTPAT/OEA Communication and organization skills
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent interpersonal relationships (customer focus).
- **Minimum requirements**:_
- _**ENGLISH B2 or higher (conversational)**_
- Bachelor degree finished
- **2+ years of experience related**
