**Bilingual Paralegal - U.S. Law Firm (On-Site in Guadalajara)**

Are you bilingual and looking to build a long-term professional career in the legal industry? We are a U.S.based law firm expanding our team in Guadalajara and are seeking a **Bilingual Paralegal / Legal Assistant** to support our legal operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist attorneys with legal documentation and case preparation
- Draft and review forms, motions, client communications, and internal reports
- Manage client case files and perform accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
- Provide general administrative and legal support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in legal assistance, administrative roles, customer service, or other bilingual positions




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara
- Comfortable using CRM or case management systems (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in the legal field is a plus, but not mandatory
- Has experience working with U.S.based companies or clients
- Thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment
- Is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
- Learns quickly and can handle confidential information responsibly
- Enjoys helping clients and solving problems
