**TUS TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.
- Implement the Demo Plots, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
- Document in the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed with distributors.
- Co-responsible of control and follow-up the Bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.
- Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors main activities, etc.
**QUIEN ERES**
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales and/ or crop management is required.
- Key Competences: Customer Centricity, Communication Skills,
- Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools.
- Office knowledge.
- Managing Power Point and Excel.
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
- English desired.
