**The Role**:
As a _Parcel Market Specialist_ at Cart. com, you will play a key role in our logistics operations and the performance of our parcel transportation program. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and profitability of our transportation network by confirming carriers bill us correctly, customers receive accurate and timely invoices, and exceptions or issues are quickly resolved and prevented. Your background in transportation auditing and accounting will be essential for managing the complexities of our omnichannel fulfillment network.
**What You´ll Do**:
- Facilitate transportation audit, payment, and billing across 20 Parcel, LTL, and TL carriers
- Align closely with third party partner to configure the strategies and workflow, to maintain master data,



and to address and prevent exceptions in audit and billing
- Manage a queue of projects, analyses, or disputes that may arise from Customers or Carriers regarding financial matters with Parcel
- Discover and address opportunities to reduce cost, to expand margin, and to improve reliability through parcel concerns that may be elicited from the data
- Oversee Parcel claims with carriers and customers, including the development of SOPs to make the process effective
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their transportation needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
**What You’ve Done**:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation audit, with a focus on parcel and LTL
- Proven track record of managing large volumes of financial data, including identification and root cause analysis for exceptions
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software tools
Experience in a 3PL or e-commerce environment
