Castro Brothers Solutions is looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers.
This is a **work-from-home position**, so applicants must have a quiet workspace and reliable equipment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Respond to messages and customer inquiries
- Schedule estimates and service appointments
- Enter customer information into the system
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Follow up with customers when needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have a **computer or laptop**:
- Must have a **headset for calls**:
- Must have **reliable high-speed internet**:
- Ability to work from home with mínimal distractions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
