based in **Juarez, Chihuahua**in which you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment.
**Role Objective**:
To supervise and validate all accounting records and control reports within the Accounts Payable department. The supervisor ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, guaranteeing reliable vendor information to maintain the continuous flow of goods and services for the Division's plants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision**: Oversee postings, reserves, accruals, intercompany charges, and banking transactions.
- **Reconciliations**: Review account and vendor reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- **Reporting**: Supervise the preparation of reports for General Ledger (GL) and Tax departments.
- **Plant Support**: Provide dedicated service and support to the Division’s various plants.
- **Aging Management**: Review and follow up on aging items, specifically focusing on "Over 90 days" accounts.
- **Compliance & Audit**: Handle external audit requirements and ensure strict adherence to SOX regulations.
- **Financial Oversight**: Review CVS, Forecasts, and Budget reports.
- **Cash Flow**: Analyze and provide detailed explanations for Cash Flow fluctuations.
**To be successful in this role you need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years in a leadership role in accounts payable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Intermediate-Advanced English (B2 or above)
