**Key Responsibilities**
- Welding, fabricating, assembly, and polishing to clean and repair way covers of different sizes and complexities.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools daily.
- Inspect incoming parts for repair and identify required materials or outsourced components.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and time tracking.
- Follow daily production schedules and meet assigned timelines.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Support team members and assist in other service-related activities as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Technical training or proven experience in welding, fabrication, or metalworking.
- Experience with manual machining equipment (lathe and/or milling machine).
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, etc.).
- Experience with plasma cutting and sheet metal repair preferred.




- Basic computer or system reporting skills (desirable).
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs (25 kg) occasionally.
- Exposure to heat, welding fumes, sparks, noise, and industrial cleaning fluids (PPE provided).
- Use of power, air, and hand tools required daily.
