**Job Summary**
We are hiring for a **true entry-level position** within our logistics team. This role starts with **track & trace responsibilities** (monitoring shipments and updating customers) and provides a clear path to learn **AES filings** and **export documentation** over time.
This is a **basic starting role** designed for someone who is willing to learn, stay organized, and grow within the logistics industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal team
- Monitor carrier websites and logistics platforms for shipment progress
- Enter and update shipment information in internal systems
- Assist with basic administrative logistics tasks
- Learn and support AES filings over time
- Assist with export documentation as you grow in the role
- Maintain organized records and communication logs
