You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and technical pitching to closing deals and long-term account management.Key Responsibilities
- **High-Volume Outreach**: Execute daily sales calls to identify and qualify new industrial leads.
- **Deal Closing**: Convert business opportunities into successful sales through expert negotiation.
- **Portfolio Growth**: Manage and scale your client base with consistent, strategic follow-ups.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs to maximize your commissions.
What You Bring
- **Experience**: 2+ years in B2B telephone sales (industrial sector experience is a major plus).
- **Education**: University degree (completed or currently enrolled).
- **Skills**: Strong persuasion,
master of objection handling, and quick technical learning.
- **Profile**: A proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills.
- **Languages**: English C1
Compensation & Perks
- **Base Salary**: $15,000 MXN / month.
- **Commissions**:Uncapped 5% paid in USD** (High earning potential).
