We are seeking a **Senior Paralegal** with deep experience in **employment‑based U.S. immigration**. This role requires a professional who can independently prepare, file, track, and manage **complex business immigration cases** while collaborating closely with attorneys, HR teams, and corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, file, and track **employment‑based immigration petitions**, including H‑1B, L‑1, PERM, and TN.
- Conduct document collection and review for employer‑sponsored cases.
- Maintain **immigration case files**, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely filings and federal compliance.
- Collaborate with **attorneys, HR teams,



and corporate clients** to gather case information.
- Manage client accounts, provide status updates, and drive processes to completion.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and consistency in case workflow and documentation.
- Experience preparing and filing petitions, drafting supporting documents, and managing full case lifecycles.
- Previous use of an **immigration case management system** (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, Docketwise, Tracker, Filevine, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English**.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support corporate clients with professionalism.
