**Key Responsibilities / Job Description**:
- Attend design reviews and provide product evaluations to ensure designs support practical and cost‑effective manufacturing methods.
- Support the review of engineering drawings prior to Production Release to verify manufacturability and alignment with state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing techniques.
- Assist in make‑or‑buy analyses and provide recommendations regarding in‑house versus external manufacturing capabilities.
- Participate in vendor surveys and support supplier performance evaluations.
- Evaluate and define requirements for assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment needed to support manufacturing operations.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and contribute to the disposition of nonconforming materials and assemblies.
- Support Change Control Board (CCB) reviews to ensure proposed engineering changes are manufacturable and within production capabilities.
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities and recommend improvements to reduce material waste and labor costs.
- Coordinate with Methods and Tooling teams by providing technical interpretations of product specifications and drawings for the development of tools, fixtures, and process instructions.
- Develop manufacturing assembly flow charts to support efficient product flow and assembly sequencing.




- Create and maintain assembly floor layouts and equipment configurations to ensure efficient product movement through production stages.
- Conduct special manufacturing projects, evaluations, and surveys as assigned by management.
- Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, TPM, VSM, and continuous improvement activities.Perform all assigned duties and any additional tasks required by the department or organization.
- **Qualifications**:
- Experience in **PCBA manufacturing**and electronics assembly environments.
- Working knowledge of **IPC‑A‑610 standards**.
- Experience with **solder process validation**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven multitasking abilities and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and cross‑functional teams.
