**Event Coordinator (Part-Time / Per Event)**
**Hiraya Experience - Baja California (Rosarito, Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada)**
**Pay**: $150 mxn per event hour (minimum 5 hours guaranteed per event)

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Event Coordinator** to execute and manage events on-site.
You will be responsible for bringing our planned designs to life and ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up romantic event designs (flowers, candles, decor, signage, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors (photographers, musicians, restaurants, etc.)
- Ensure timeline execution and smooth flow of the event
- Welcome and assist clients during the experience
- Handle basic problem-solving on-site
- Oversee breakdown and ensure all items are accounted for
**Requirements**:
- Must be based in or near **Rosarito / Ensenada / Valle de Guadalupe**:
- Reliable transportation (very important)
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Good communication skills (English + Spanish preferred)
- Available on weekends and flexible hours
- Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
