**Your Impact**
In this role at Equivity, you'll support the procedures necessary for a successful sale. Your contributions will help us streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance, which will ultimately drive our success and growth in the industry.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on HR best practices and workforce planning.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategies.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance company culture.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires successfully.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct investigations and manage grievance procedures as needed.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs,



including enrollment, administration, and compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments when necessary.
- Track key HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring timeframes, compensation trends, and training investments.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with a track record of driving growth and leading successful teams. both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (a language assessment will be conducted during the hiring process)
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Guide labor laws, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
