Job Title: AI-Powered Digital Marketing Specialist (Mainly Remote - Social Media Ads)
Overview:
We are a corporate immigration law firm with our principal office in Manhattan, New York, and an office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in AI-powered marketing, social media advertising, and campaign automation. This is a fully remote role focused on designing, launching, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns efficiently using modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads)
Leverage AI tools to generate ad copy, creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign variations
Rapidly deploy and test multiple ad campaigns with a focus on speed and efficiency
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI)
Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns
Analyze data and provide clear performance reports with actionable insights
Stay current with emerging AI tools and digital marketing trends
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and paid social media advertising
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Mailmodo, Claude, Gemini, Deepreal, Google Labs, Zapier, Perplexity, and Ad automation platforms) in marketing workflows
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, and analytics




Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
Familiarity with funnel building, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Prior experience working remotely in a performance-driven environment
Compensation:
Competitive (hourly / project-based / retainer — based on experience)
