**Bilingual Retention Expert - Call Center (On‑site, Mexico City)**
RUI is hiring **experienced Bilingual Retention Experts** who know how to save the call and drive results. If you’re confident handling objections, retaining customers, and working toward performance goals, we want to hear from you.
You’ll handle inbound retention calls, resolve issues, prevent cancellations, and deliver clear, professional solutions in a fast‑moving call center environment.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of call center experience in retention, collections, or sales
- Advanced English
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills
- CRM experience and multitasking abilities
