Responsible for handling the initial stages of the claims process by receiving and processing new claims, verifying policy information, and accurately documenting all claim details in the client’s claims management system.
As the first point of contact, the agent initiates claims, provides confirmation to customers, and responds to inbound calls to address inquiries and provide status updates on existing claims, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
During Pilot Program hours, agents are dedicated exclusively to the client, while remaining available to support other engagements outside of those hours.
