**Descripción**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Develop and maintain detailed cost models for new and existing products
- Support RFQ processes by providing accurate and competitive cost estimations
- Analyze BOMs and validate material cost accuracy with Supply Chain
- Estimate direct labor and manufacturing overhead in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives
- Perform cost comparisons between different sourcing scenarios (local vs international suppliers)
- Support pricing strategies by providing cost insights and margin analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate product feasibility from a cost perspective
- Maintain and update costing databases and assumptions (labor rates, overhead, etc.)
- Support financial and management reviews with cost breakdowns and analysis
- Track cost changes due to engineering changes (ECR/ECN)




- Assist in standard cost updates and system uploads (ERP)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across costing tools and system
**Requisitos**:
- Industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering degree
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, costing, or finance-related roles
- Strong English communication skills (70-80%)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience working with BOM structures and product costing
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (assembly, labor, overhead)
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Knowledge of cost breakdowns (material, labor, overhead)
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
