**- What You’ll Do**
- Every day brings new opportunities to collaborate, innovate and deliver high-value solutions to our clients. You will support consultants and colleagues in the Canadian Health and Benefits space with the financial management of client benefit programs. You will be involved with a variety of client deliverables that empower our clients to make informed decisions.
- Prepare or review analyses for annual renewals, carrier marketings, cost projections, benefit costings and financial statements.
- Monitor and validate experience, analyze claim costs and trends, and track client-relevant KPIs.
- Create client-ready materials.
- Support ad-hoc financial requests.
- Coordinate projects and build strong relationships with colleagues and client teams.
- Support and coach junior analysts.
- Stay up to date on group benefits industry trends, products, and technology.
- Support operational improvements across the team.
- Participate in functional team activities supporting Health Solutions operations.
- Learn and share best practices with peers across Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- 3+ years of Health & Benefits experience.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of leading projects independently.
- Initiative, accountability and a collaborative spirit with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as a key member of a project team and independently with a minimum supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines under pressure.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office,



especially Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables).
You’ll also need strong analytical and mathematical skills and the drive to take initiatives and collaborate actively.
