We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill various positions across our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding.

Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Database Management: Keep candidate and job opening databases fully updated.

Sourcing: Identify and utilize diverse recruitment channels to attract top talent.

Reporting: Generate reports on the recruitment and selection process status.

Requirements:

Language: Native English speaker.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Administration, or related fields.

Experience:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

Soft Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Empathy: Strong ability to connect with candidates and understand company needs.
