Responsible for the appropriate distribution and accessibility of documentation within the organization. Develop and document systems and procedures that enable better document control.
**- Responsibilities**:
- Receive all documentation from ECR’s, NPI, and support departments to allocate and control
- Verify documentation to ensure it meets the mínimal requirements according to the document.
- Maintain all documentation updated and controlled to comply with external regulations and internal company procedures.
- Training within the organization in all procedures for document control
- Document distribution for new and reviewed documents
- Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent, and thorough manner.
- Responsible for document control changes

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- English 90%




- Technical drawing interpretation knowledge
- Value stream map, basic lean knowledge
- Process
- and detailed-oriented
- Disciplined and organized
- Principles and practices of records management and control systems
- SolidWorks (basic)
**- Education and / or Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the document control department
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal industries
