The Global Trade Compliance Specialist, ensure compliance with foreign trade operations and maintain alignment with current regulations in Mexico.
**YOUR ROLE**:
- Conduct internal audits and support compliance verifications (IMMEX, CTPAT, OEA, etc.)
- Follow up on training identified during internal audits
- Review commercial partner records (virtual operations)
- Perform internal audits of customs operations (customs entries, NOM compliance, foreign trade documentation, procedures)
- Responsible for maintaining records and files of the regulatory department
- Carry out any other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Development of training programs
**YOUR BACKGROUND**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field (experience in foreign trade is acceptable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or in foreign trade
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Resource management
- Problem-solving skills
- English (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
