**About the Role**
As a Remote Residential Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 150-175 residential rental properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condos throughout the United States.
This is a fully remote, customer-focused role where you will act as the main point of contact for both residents and property owners. Strong English communication skills, organization, and prior property management experience are essential for success in this position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs through AppFolio
- Follow up on work orders to ensure issues are resolved quickly and correctly
- Approve invoices and monitor maintenance expenses
- Assist with lease renewals, move-outs,



and security deposit processing
- Coordinate turnover preparation for vacant properties
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication at all times
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous remote property management experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of residential maintenance and repairs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
**Compensation & Benefits**
- $12 USD per hour
