ü**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or International Business
ü**Experience**:Minimum 5 years in similar position
ü**Skills**:Team leadership and development, Decision-making under pressure, Cross-functional coordination and effective communication, conflict resolution, change management and service oriented.
ü**Specific Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of Incoterms, transportation modes, route planning and transit time optimization, carrier selection and management, import/export regulations (Mexico, U.S., and integral), customs clearance processes, KPI management (On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, Cost per Shipment), expediting critical shipments, shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL, AWB) freight budgeting and cost optimization among others, data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI), C-TPAT and OEA
ü**Desirable Knowledge**: Lean logistics and process optimization and proficiency in SAP.
ü**Lenguages**:Fully in English (spoken and written)
