**Responsibilities**:
- Experience at least 3 years in similar position.
- Knowledge of methods of analysis and investigation of problems.
- Knowledge of the assembly processes, sheet metal and composite.
- FAI's requirements (AS9102).
- Desirable experience in transference projects.
- Experience in design software (CATIA or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and their specifications.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor degree (Industrial, Mechanic, Aeronautical, Mechatronic or similar).
- English: Fluent - Conversational.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, problems solving, teamwork, sense of urgency, results oriented, continuous improvement.
- Requirement: Schedule flexibility, valid visa and passport.
