Required Qualifications
- Epic Tapestry experience, Epic-adjacent healthcare system experience, or strong U.S. healthcare payer/provider operations experience depending on role level.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.based healthcare stakeholders and participate in meetings during overlapping U.S. business hours.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
- Comfortable working in remote healthcare IT environments with strict confidentiality and data security expectations.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to follow client processes and provide daily and weekly project updates.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks, identity verification, client onboarding, and confidentiality requirements as applicable.
- Professional remote office setup with reliable high-speed internet and the ability to attend video meetings.
- Must be legally authorized to work from Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Certification, Epic Proficiency, or Epic Training in one or more Epic Tapestry modules.

- Knowledge of HIPAA-aligned confidentiality standards, PHI handling, secure remote work practices, and regulated healthcare environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional U.S.based clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation, project updates, and client communications.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security requirements.
