- The _**_Master Scheduler _**_role involves _Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime. _
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _Identification of production line impact risks. _
- _Analysis of excess and obsolete inventory. _
- _Generation of Kinaxis simulations for CTB (Clear-to-Build). _
- _Shortage reporting meeting with the client. _
- _Create daily production schedules _
- _Supervise that deadlines are met. _
- _Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management _
- _Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues. _
- _Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime _
- _Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials _




- _Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization _
- _Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage. _
- _Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues _
- _Provide training to staff members as required _
- _Report key metrics as required _

- _Senior prior experience in planning. _
- _Degree in Engineering or a related field. _
- _Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency. _
