- The _**_Planner Scheduler _**_role involves _in charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability. _
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _Generate production plans based on capacity. _
- _Create and manage work orders. _
- _Verify WIP accuracy. _
- _Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipments etc.), confirmation of the order. _
- _Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group _
- _Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations _
- _Preparation of long term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast) _
- _Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /Non-consumed demand, planned WO’s. _
- _Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing. _
- _Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences _
- _Preparing management and CFT specificated reports, monitoring of KPI’s. _
- _Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT. _
- _Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. _




- _Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals. _
- _Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. _
- _Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. _
- _Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management. _
- _Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential interruptions. _
- _Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams. _
- _May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. _
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _Degree in Engineering or a related field. _
- _Advanced English proficiency. _
- _Knowledge of daily and weekly production planning and OTD tracking. _
- _Generation of CTB reports. _
- _Work order management. _
- _Experience with ERP systems and material flow. _
- _Knowledge of BOMs. _
- _Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. _
- _Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to question from groups of managers and customers. _
- _Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. _
- _Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. _
