We are a growing U.S.based construction company seeking a **Construction Estimator / Insurance Liaison** to prepare roofing estimates and work directly with insurance adjusters to secure claim approvals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create accurate roofing and restoration estimates using **Xactimate**:
- Submit, track, and **follow up consistently** on estimates with insurance companies
- **Negotiate effectively** with adjusters to reach fair claim approvals
- Review estimates carefully to ensure **accuracy, completeness, and compliance**:
- Maintain organized records and clear communication throughout each claim

- Excellent **follow-up and persistence** — you don’t let claims or decisions stall
- High **attention to detail** when building and reviewing estimates

**Qualifications**
- Advanced English (**C1+**)
- Experience with **insurance claims (required)**; roofing/construction preferred
- Familiarity with **Xactimate** is a strong plus




- Knowledge of **construction processes** (Architecture/Civil Engineering is a plus)
- Proficiency with **Excel, Office, and CRM tools**
