Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in tax administration? Join a growing international team and support U.S. tax operations while working remotely from anywhere in Mexico.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

? Organize and maintain tax documents and client records.

? Follow up with clients regarding missing information and tax documentation.

? Track tax return statuses and pending items.

✅ Support tax preparers with administrative and operational tasks.

⏰ Manage workflows and help ensure deadlines are met.

? Deliver outstanding client service and timely communication.

? Requirements:

?️ C2 English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory.

? 1-3 years of experience in Tax Administration, Tax Support, or similar roles.

? Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

⏰ Availability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).

⭐ Nice to Have:

? Experience working with a CPA firm, accounting firm,



or tax preparation company.

?? Familiarity with U.S. tax processes and documentation.

? Experience with TaxDome and/or Drake Software.

? Background supporting tax professionals and client-facing operations.
