What you'll do: - Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments - Verify patient and insurance information - Document interactions in CRM/EHR systems - Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with healthcare teams - Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy/HIPAA standards - Meet quality, productivity, attendance,
