Procurement Advisor – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) We are looking for a Procurement Advisor to manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of procurement activities.
This role is focused on procurement operations and P2P execution , supporting internal stakeholders, suppliers, integral processes, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process , from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
Create, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, payments, discrepancies, and exceptions.
Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support operational decision-making and process optimization .
Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven analyses.




Manage or support commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems , including platforms such as Concur and ERP solutions .
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency through Power Automate, APIs, and AI-powered productivity tools .
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve operational issues, provide solutions, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.
Lead and facilitate international workshops, meetings, and working sessions related to procurement processes, systems, and operational improvements .
Prepare clear business communications, reports, and presentations to support operational alignment and decision-making.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives , including the definition, tracking, and analysis of behavioral and operational KPIs.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, enhance controls, and strengthen the overall stakeholder experience.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable business requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for procurement operations , providing guidance and support on complex P2P-related matters.
Requirements Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in INDIRECT procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, purchasing, program management, or a related field , with experience supporting complex operational processes in a global environment.
