About the Role Pellera Technologies is seeking a proactive and technically skilled NOC Specialist to join our Managed Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and cloud environments to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security.
The idóneo candidate has experience supporting IT infrastructure, strong network fundamentals, hands-on exposure to Azure environments, and advanced English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze alerts to identify, classify, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
Create, improve, and maintain monitoring rules and alerting mechanisms.
Support and maintain network infrastructure, including: Routers Switches Firewalls IDS/IPS solutions Administer and support IT services such as:



Active Directory File Systems Backup Solutions Antivirus Platforms Monitor and support cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure.
Respond to incidents, outages, and security events according to SLA requirements.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.
Follow ITSM and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a NOC, Service Desk, Technical Support, IT Operations, or Monitoring role.
Strong understanding of: TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs Routing
