A general leader in IVD medical devices is looking for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Commercial Manager The Commercial Manager IVD is responsible for driving commercial growth across the assigned region through effective distributor management, strategic market development, and strong engagement with public and private hospitals.
The role focuses on expanding market share for the companys electronic hematology diagnostic equipment, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strengthening the companys presence within the hospital and laboratory segments.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to increase market penetration of hematology diagnostic equipment.Identify growth opportunities within public hospitals, private hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare networks.Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, laboratory directors, and procurement authorities.Support tender processes for public hospitals, including documentation, pricing,



and negotiationQualifications and Experience Qualifications Proficient EnglishHigh ethical standards and compliance orientationBachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.**** years of commercial experience in IVD, medical devices, or laboratory diagnostics, ideally with hematology products.Proven experience managing distributors and selling into public and private hospital environments.Strong understanding of tender processes, healthcare procurement, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
