You will set shifts, balance the line, unblock stations, and guard on-time wedding orders while upholding quality.
You will also grow your team, mentoring operators to run shifts independently within a fast-growing, 100-person operation.
This role requires hands-on leadership, English fluency, and comfort with ERP/WMS and Excel.
