Qualifications Bachelor's degree on Engineering or related field of study Minimum 3 years of experience in a leading position for engineering areas Strong knowledge on manufacturing process for electronical products Management of product development, ECR's Management, Continuous improvement initiatives, cost reporting and manufacturing transitions.
Conversational English is a must Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), design for Assembly (DFA), PFMEA, Control Plans.
Previous manage of ISO ****, IATF ***** (automotive electronics), IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001), Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Failure Analysis Strong knowledge of improvement skills such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Knowledge of a analytical skills Statistical process control (SPC), Data analysis and reporting, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), MES systems, Minitab or similar statistical software, Microsoft Excel
