We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with experience for our new site in Chihuahua city.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Proficiency in TRESS and Microsoft Office.
Advanced English (required).
Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, including the following processes: Recruitment for administrative positions, including management-level roles.
Compensation surveys and job performance Employee retention programs and talent development initiatives.
Labor relations management.
Administration of employee benefits.
Knowledge of succession planning.
Organization of employee recognition events.
Management of communication programs.
Promotions management Administration of vendor contracts (REPSE) and compliance Assuring compliance with labor law and policies Onboarding follows up for new hires
