We support customers with import/export and door‐to‐door logistics solutions,
including ocean ensure bills of lading and pre‐alerts are issued on time ? Request/compare rates with carriers and truckers and support rate quotes to customers/overseas offices ?️ Keep shipment files organized and ensure billing is accurate and aligned with internal procedures (Training and support provided — you won't be expected to know everything on day one. ?) ? What you bring Bachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent experience Around 1 year in an administrative/clerical/coordinator role (internships count!) Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment Advanced English (written and spoken) ? Schedule Full‐time | Mon–Fri 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (CST) ? Perks
